The Opportunity Home consists of 8 studio-style apartments that are fully furnished with all the necessities to be self-sufficient. This is where you will hear stories of personal accomplishments, growth and development. Our young adults (18-22) on the verge of aging out of foster care, find solace here. With the guidance and supervision of our Transitional Living Coordinator and the warmth of a supportive community, our young adults can begin a new chapter of hope and opportunity. Our staff further develop their life skills and professional development. While living in these apartments, the young adults are required to complete their education, seek and maintain employment, or volunteer work services for other non profit organizations.
